- Studio Coordinates & Mobile Addresses: Private residence addresses, hotel room numbers, or studio salon suite directions required to facilitate call-outs or studio visits.
- Concierge Messages & Attachments: In-app chat dialogues, inspo reference images, and arrival instructions unlocked upon escrow authorization.
02 AI Match & Semantic Look Discovery (Constructor)
We utilize Constructor.io to index verified treatment catalogs and power real-time natural-language autocomplete when you search for specific nail designs (e.g., "Russian e-file with chrome French tips").
What Constructor Processes:
- Search keywords, treatment categories, and lookbook tag selections.
- Pseudonymous session tokens and location parameters (city and postal code) to rank nearby technicians.
- Encrypted user segments to return relevant 3-offer match queues.
Constructor operates strictly as a matching processor on our behalf. Your look searches and booking intents are never monetized or shared with third-party ad brokers.
03 Escrow Vault & Stripe Financial Processing
All financial transactions are tokenized and processed via Stripe, Inc. We never store full debit or credit card details, CVVs, or bank login credentials on our application infrastructure.
When an appointment offer is accepted, your funds are safely held in an authorized Stripe Escrow vault. Payouts are transferred to the technician only after you inspect the finished set and confirm treatment completion in your dashboard.
04 Essential Tokens & Local Storage
We utilize minimal essential storage tokens to safeguard your account sessions and maintain interface preferences:
Theme Preference (`theme`)
Preserves your selection between light Atelier Cream and dark Noir modes across browser visits[cite: 2].
Auth Tokens (`user_token`)
Encrypted session keys to safeguard appointment ledger actions and escrow authorizations.
05 Controlled Operational Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Disclosures occur strictly under these verified parameters:
